Greek Yogurt Popsicles (with Watermelon)
Greek yogurt popsicles with watermelon and bananas. Ready in 5 minutes: blend, pour into ice pops molds and freeze. And they are quite versatile as well, you can use other fruit or berries instead.

watermelon
preferably seedless

overripe banana

Greek yogurt
⅔
cup
sour cream
Note

teaspoon
pure vanilla extract

tablespoons
granulated sugar

tablespoons
honey
juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
Remove the peel
of the watermelon (and the seeds, if there are any).
Blend:
Place the watermelon in the blender and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until very smooth.
Adjust taste:
Add more sugar/honey or lemon juice according to your preference.
Freeze:
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze.
Notes
You can use only Greek yogurt.
