- 450 g/ 1 lb carrots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Savory:
- 450 g/ 1 lb carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika powder Note 2
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- fine sea salt and pepper
- fresh parsley
Savory:
Mix the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
Cook:
Place the carrots in the basket. Cook for 8 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius/ 370 degrees Fahrenheit. Shake well and cook for further 6 minutes or so until the carrots are fork-tender.
If the carrots are smaller or you are cooking fewer carrots, check sooner. If the carrots are larger, allow more minutes cooking time until they are done to your liking.
Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
