450g/ 16 oz/ 1 lbs very good quality white chocolate

Instructions
Line a baking tray with baking/parchment paper and set aside. Chop the white chocolate into small pieces.
Place two-thirds of the white chocolate into a double boiler and melt the chocolate fully.
Remove the chocolate from the heat and start adding the remaining chopped chocolate, a little at a time, stirring well with a plastic spatula, and only adding the next pieces of chocolate when the ones previously added are melted.
Stir in the pure vanilla extract.
Pour the chocolate onto the prepared baking tray. Sprinkle the chocolate with the chopped gummy bears or other gummies.
Let the chocolate bark set at room temperature for at least two hours or refrigerate to speed things up. Break into pieces and serve.
