- 1 lb mushrooms 450 g, Notes 1, 2
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1-2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- fine sea salt and pepper
Prepare mushrooms: Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with kitchen paper. Slice into medium-thick slices.
