Ingredients

  • 6 frozen brats Notes 1,2
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer if necessary.
  • Place the brats in the basket. If they stick together, cook for 7 minutes at 320°F/ 160°C first.

  • Separate the brats, flip them, and arrange them in the basket with some space in between. Brush them lightly with oil.

  • Cook for a further 7 minutes at 350°F/ 180°C or until the internal temperature is 160°F/71°C.

Notes

  1. Sausages: You can cook different kinds of sausages, such as Italian or pork sausages. Check the internal temperature to ensure they are cooked through without being overdone. The cooking time varies based on the type of sausage and its size.
  2. Air-fried thawed or fresh brats: If necessary, preheat the air fryer. Arrange the brats in the basket and rub them with oil. Cook for 8 to 12 minutes at 350°F/ 180°C, flipping halfway through or until they are brown and cooked through.
