- 1⅔ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1-2 teaspoons granulated sugar to sprinkle over the cookies
Preheat oven to 325°F / 165°C. Line a square baking tin with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.

Press dough evenly into the pan.
