Air Fryer Potato Wedges
These air fryer potato wedges are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Make this super easy-to-make side dish or light main meal.

- 3 large potatoes each about 5.5 oz/ 150 g, Note 1
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika Note 2
- ¼ teaspoon hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Cut potatoes: Scrub and dry the potatoes. If large, cut each one into 8 wedges. If they are small, quarter or halve.3 large potatoes Season: Place in a bowl. Add the oil and all the spices. Rub well with the hands to coat all over.1 tablespoon olive oil + 1 teaspoon sweet paprika + ¼ teaspoon hot paprika + 1 teaspoon dried rosemary + ¼ teaspoon garlic powder + ½ teaspoon fine sea salt + black pepper Preheat the air fryer according to the machine's instructions (some fryers don't need preheating, so make sure to check).
Cook: Place the wedges in the basket in a single layer. Fry for 10 minutes at 380°F/ 190°C.
Flip with a spatula (or shake the basket well). Cook for another 5 minutes or until the wedges are crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Check, if they are not very soft on the inside, give them a few more minutes.
- Type of potatoes: Use starchy potatoes, like Russet.
- Use whatever seasoning you like; this is just our favorite mixture.
