Greek Yogurt Popsicles

Greek yogurt popsicles with watermelon and bananas. Ready in 5 minutes: blend, pour into ice pops molds and freeze. And they are quite versatile as well, you can use other fruit or berries instead.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz watermelon preferably seedless
  • 1 overripe banana
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • cup sour cream Note
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  • Remove the peel of the watermelon (and the seeds, if there are any).
    12 oz watermelon
  • Blend: Place the watermelon in the blender and the rest of the ingredients. Blend until very smooth.
    watermelon + 1 overripe banana + 1 cup Greek yogurt + ⅔ cup sour cream + ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract + 2 tablespoons granulated sugar + 2 tablespoons honey + juice of 1 lemon
  • Adjust taste: Add more sugar/honey or lemon juice according to your preference.
  • Freeze: Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze.

Notes

Dairy: You can use only Greek yogurt.
