Peach Blueberry Smoothie

This delicious peach blueberry smoothie with oats is one of my favorite breakfast drinks.

Ingredients

  • 1 large peach Note 1
  • 1 cup blueberries 200 g
  • 2 cups nut milk 500 ml, Note 2
  • ¼ cup oats 25 g
  • sweetener to taste, Note 3

Instructions

  • Chop the peach. Place in the food processor/blender.
    1 large peach
  • Add blueberries, milk, oats, and some sweetener.
    1 cup blueberries/ 200 g + 2 cups nut milk/ 500 ml + ¼ cup oats/ 25 g
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Check if the smoothie is sweet enough for you. Add more sweetener, if necessary. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. You can use nectarines instead of peaches. 
  2. Milk: I use almond or coconut milk (from a box, not a can) most of the time. Any other kind of milk, including cow milk, is fine.
  3. Sweetener of choice and to taste: Honey, maple syrup, stevia or xylitol.
