large elderflowers
or 4 teaspoons dried elderflowers

boiling water

small lemon
honey

Instructions
Shake
the flowers over the sink to remove insects or dirt (it is not recommendable to wash them). Place them in a small pot or a teapot.
Steep
: Boil water in a kettle and pour it over the flowers. Let steep for 10-15 minutes.
Strain
. Add lemon juice and honey to taste.
Dried elderflowers
: If brewing the tea with dried elderflowers, use about 2 teaspoons per cup. The procedure is the same.
