- ½ teaspoon dried mint or 2-3 finely chopped fresh leaves
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small grated garlic clove
- 1 tiny pinch red pepper flakes to taste
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt more to taste
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 slices of bread
