- 100 g milk chocolate 3.5 oz
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 300 g evaporated milk 10.5 oz, 7.5% fat
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk 7 oz
- 400 g half-half 14 oz, Note 2
- 300 g whiskey 10.5 oz, Note 3

The measurements are metric, as Thermomix uses the metric system.

You can make the drink without a Thermomix or blender. Finely chop the chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water (without touching the water) to melt slowly using a bain-marie. Dissolve the coffee granules in 3 tablespoons of boiling water and add to the chocolate. Then, add the remaining ingredients, transferring to a larger bowl if necessary, and stir to combine before pouring into sterilized bottles.

Replace half-half with an equal mixture of full-fat milk and heavy cream.
- Whiskey: I had Teacher's whiskey, which is a Scottish one. Use Irish whiskey instead or something else you like.
