Authentic Romanian Recipes
I was born in Romania, so Romanian cooking is what I know best. I probably posted all of my grandmother's recipes at one point or another.
Authentic Romanian recipes might not be as famous as Italian or French food, for instance, but trust me, it is good! We use simple ingredients, lots of vegetables in summer, and preserved veggies in winter; we like pork more than it's good for us, and we can stew just about anything.
Try our amazing national dish, Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - Sarmale, learn how to make Polenta - Mamaliga, or make some Romanian Meringue Brownies for dessert.
